The unknown Merthyr group I photographed a few months ago for my "This Time in Wales" project - Pretty Vicious. At the time they hadn't played together on stage - now signed to Virgin EMI Records.

Fantastic News. Merthyr Band Pretty Vicious that I photographed for my This Time in Wales project are being played every day this week on BBC Radio One.
Photographed Pretty Vicious today for my "This Time in Wales" series. Such talent at such a tender age. They were photographed at The Cave - the remains of the old Cyfarthfa Ironworks. The place was the inspiration for their first recording - "The Cave". You will be seeing and hearing a lot of these guys in the future.
